Greg Stumbo, Paul Hughes, Burl Spurlock, and George Archer at
the May House Dedication, which took place on November 7th, 1994.
Burl Wells Spurlock is President of the First Commonwealth Bank.
Representative Stumbo was instrumental in getting us the grant
to restore the house. Spurlock`s organization, the Prestonsburg
Development Corporation, helped us come up with the matching
