The Architectural
Control Committee (ACC) is established in Article
IV
of the
DECLARATION
OF CONVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
FOR
THE OVERLOOK AT RIVER PLACE [1].
NOTE:
There also is an
Architectural Control Committee for the entire River Place community
and that committee has a procedure for submitting requests for
approval of proposed additions or modifications to property in River
Place [2].
Approval from the River Place ACC is required for such additions or modifications.
