Minutes of the Board of Trustees Prestonsburg, Kentucky 41653 Special Called Meeting January 4, 2004 Recorded here as amended at the February 24, 2004 meeting Those present: Lillian Baldridge, Garnett Fairchild, Sam D. Hatcher, Don R. Johnson, Jim Spencer, Patricia A. Johnson, Alice Howard, and John Rosenberg. Mr. Hatcher stated that the purpose of the meeting was to get approval for the repairs that need to be done on the House as soon as possible. He stated that he had received a bid in writing and had not been able to get hold of another gentleman he had wanted to get a bid from. The one bid was for $2,250 plus dollars to do all repairs needed. Following a brief discussion, Don R. Johnson made a motion to accept the bid; seconded by Jim Spencer. Motion carried. Ms. Lillian Baldridge brought up another item. She made a motion to purchase new runners for the May House and that all purchased be alike. Also, she added that two (2) good lace tablecloths be purchased as well for May House functions. Patricia A. Johnson seconded motion. Motion carried. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
