The minutes of the March 6th and April 18th meeting were approved.

Participating in the meeting for the Renovation Committee:

The meeting began at 7:00CST and ended at 8:00 p.m. CST


Summary of topic discussed:

Items Completed

  • Hot tub cover ordered

  • All windows and doors for individual units (except A01) installed
  • Pine beetle spraying
  • Retaining walls all removed
  • Video tape of units completed
  • Engineering drawing new hot tub frame and stairs
  • Gravel in B-13 water basement

Surprises

  • Deck joice rotted - especially North side of A building A23 and A33 all replaced

  • Roof rafters on wings of B building rotted. Replaced after engineer approved size of rafters. A building inspected and not replaced.

Color discussion

  • Trim is presently too light. Fiona suggests that 2nd coat of stain be solid rather than

  • transparent. Will be implemented.
  • Shrouds on roof - discussion whether they should match window trim (red) or root color (brown). Decision to go with roof color.

Items Started

  • Framers - 90% of 2nd and 3rd floor finish done

  • Electrical - all TV cable installed
  • Excavation of A01 and footing for PC just begun
  • Composite decking on all decks completed
  • Closet for B-11, B-12 and B-13 framed
  • Trench under B building aprox 25% complete. Ground still frozen.
  • Painting of non- replaced owner doors and windows 25% complete.

  • Shorten chimney stacks

Management Company

  • Discussion of status pursued

  • Decision delayed - awaiting more information
