The meeting began at
6:00 pm CST and ended at 6:35 p.m.
Summary
of topics discussed:
-
A
cost plus contract with Travis Construction has been signed for the renovation
- This
action was approved by the owners in a meeting on Oct. 14, 2006.
- Renovation
is to begin at the end of the ski season in April 2007 and
completion is set for October 31, 2007.

Representatives
of the City of Breckenridge have seen our preliminary plans
- In
early December we will provide more details on the various exterior
materials that will be used.
- The
outlook for gaining approval for a building permit is quite positive
-
The
installation of the new metal roof is almost complete, in spite of
the heavy snowfall during the past few weeks.
- Darnell
Boehm inspected the work from a crane overlooking the roof in
building A and reported that it looks great!
- Cooperation
of the crews of the contractor has been very good
- Building
A roof is almost 100% completed
- Building
B roof is about 80% complete
- Both
roofs should be completed by Friday, Nov. 10th
- As
previously reported, final work on the chimney siding will be part
of the project next year.

Construction
financing
- Approval
is pending for a bank construction loan, but no problems are anctcipated

Hot Tub
- The
specific model of stainless steel tub to install is still being
studied to find one that fits our need without increasing the size of
the hot tub building site.
The
meeting adjourned at 6:35 pm and the Board members stayed on the line
for a meeting of their own.
